There are a ton of garage finish products out there. I chose Gladiator for two of my garages. I have some walls completely covered and have used all of their hooks, hangers, shelfs, and a bench in one of them. All are excellent. One tip on the 48" shelfs. If your walls are out of plumb or studs a little off you can run into a problem hooking the 48" shelf into the wall panel. If there is a bow in the wall insert the shelf into the wall down stream and attempt to slide the 48" shelf into the postion you want. Be careful because the shelf is stronger than the wall panel and you can break the edge off the wall panel before the shelf will bend. If you can't make the 48" shelf work buy the 24" or 30" shelfs and hook them together. You may have to do this anyway when you are butting up two shelves together. They may hang slightly differently and they may not be level. Just drill a 1/4" hole in both of the shelf vertical brackets that attach to the wall and use a pop rivet to hold the shelfs together. Very simple and keeps the shelfs together and level. The other nice thing about these shelfs is that you can change your mind and move them all over your garage which I am still doing after 2-3 years. The Gladiator 8' work bench is excellent and a steal at the price. I used the bench in my second garage project after building a bench from scratch in the first. The Gladiator bench is a much better way to go, and cheaper in the long run.
